Very few people understand why they like what they like. We think most of us tend to eat and drink out of necessity, doing so in a hurry. We would like to fix that.
We will discuss what's considered a great cup of coffee and why. We will do this by covering some basic concepts about the neuroscience of flavor. Then, we will go through the different processes and ideas on how to brew the best cup of coffee.
Also we believe that coffee is about connection, inspiration, and drive. Some of the biggest changes of humanity have been inspired and fueled by coffee. We strongly believe that now is the perfect time to share a cup of coffee.

Christin exudes coffee positivity, and brought a lot of warmth and joy to an otherwise boring day. I loved learning extracting tips and tricks, and how to think about how the coarseness/extraction time/coffee beans affected the flavor. I also loved getting a glimpse into his bright world in Mexico City, and the beautiful tiles in his kitchen. It was also fun doing this with others from all over the world - we had two ladies from the UK join!

Really enjoyed our time! Learned so much about coffee and it was amazing to see other guests from around the world (we were the only couple in the U.S.). While we couldn't fully participate with our Nespresso, it was still really informative and we took lots of notes. And now my husband is making me upgrade our coffee system :)
