Starting in the iconic and central Puerta del Sol, we will start exploring Barrio de las Letras, an important local neighbourhood of Madrid, nowadays, a chic bohemian area. You will discover this charming neighbourhood's historical spots on your way towards the Prado Museum. Once we arrive at the Museum, we will skip the queue, entering directly. Before starting the tour inside the Museum, I will give you a short briefing of what we will discover together. I will show you the masterpieces that everyone should see when visiting the Prado Museum, but my main focus is to connect the history & development of Spain with the art collection. Discovering the historical periods of my country inside each painting, understanding the meaning and the importance of the topic in history: From the Flemish painters that inspired the Hamburg family to spread their empire to the life in Madrid during the XVIII century admiring Goya’s paintings. The Museum collection includes Love, Mythology and mysterious legends that would be fun to share with you. After the visit, you can stay in the Museum as long as you wish! An important thing: Please bring an ID with you as we might be asked for one at the Museum.

We'll head to where the city ends, nature begins, and tourists rarely venture. Then we'll set out across a dramatic landscape of forest and mountains for 1 hour approximately and when the ride finishes you will be able to pet and take pictures with friendly horses inside our barn. The ride will be around 1 hour but from when we meet to when we say bye-bye it will be around 2 hours. We will meet at the train station and I will take you to explore some of the most beautiful Spanish landscapes that Madrid National Park Mountains can offer for 2-3 hours approx. The hike is easy and relaxing, perfect for a rest from the city hustle and bustle and connect with nature (it is only known by locals so it won't be crowded). We'll hike along mountains, little streams, oaks, holm oaks, pines, blackberries, wild roses, sometimes cows and horses will be free roaming among us... We will see some of the most amazing natural treasures that "la Sierra de Madrid" hides (including local ranches), we will also see some historical remains and will stop at a lookout to contemplate the chain of Mountains and the nearest towns. After a welcome coffee to our XV century old house, we'll go downstairs to the stables to brush and saddle up the horses, and then we'll ride for about two hours across the silent, ancient landscape of Segarra, the Catalan Tuscany, on our way to some small medieval Catalan village. Wheat and barley fields, organic wineyards, old almond and olive trees, hills and slopes furrowed by ancient dry stone walls and incredible views will melt before your sight. Don’t worry if you’ve never ridden before, you'll be a small group so we will be on hand to help, instruct and support you. After riding you can explore our small village and go up to the XI century watchtower to see the amazing views. Then we will cook and share a traditional paella in our garden made with homegrown and very local products, while we talk about life and passions. This 4-course workshop lasts approximately 2.5 hours and is a great introduction to the world of paella and Spanish cuisine.  You will be greeted by one of our hosts with a glass of cava and then walked through the concept behind The Paella Club and the ingredients we work with. Afterwards, guests will organise themselves in groups of one-two per cooking station, where they will find every utensil and ingredient needed to cook each paella under the promise of a fully immersive and dynamic experience. Depending on the size of the class, several varieties of paella will be made at each class so that all of the guests are able to learn how to create and taste more than one type of paella.  You will feel at home while our staff guides you through our "10 secret paella steps." As a preview, we'll give away one of the 10 secret steps: Step 1—take a sip of our premium wine. The paella workshop itself has a duration of 45 minutes to an hour. We will start in Madrid near Plaza Espana, in the center of the city. The experience which will last around three hours, we will go to three different rooftop bars in the center of Madrid that offer amazing views of the city. From these viewpoints, you will look out over Madrids iconic monuments and neighborhoods. We will discuss some of the culture as we travel to the rooftops bars. As we travel between bars, you will learn about the best restaurants, neighborhoods, and things to do in Madrid. Here we go, team!: 9.00 am pick up at Prado de San Sebastián (we have our own private van) 10.30 am breakfast time: arriving at Zahara de la Sierra,we will enjoy a typical Andalusian breakfast at a highway bar which is a must to charge our batteries for the rest of the day. In Zahara we will visit the water reservoir, get to some panoramic points to take the best photos and then get into the beautiful town to walk it upside-down. 1.15pm hopefully arrived to Setenil de las bodegas (the town with the cave/mountain houses), time to have lunch (amazing tapas in a local restaurant) and keep walking to reach the upper point of the town, best views. 3.30 already in Ronda, time to explore the beautiful town (oldest bullring, Roman bridge, balcony) 5.30 pm, time to get on the van and start our journey back to Seville. 7.00 pm arrival at Seville. OUR GOAL IS FOR YOU TO HAVE AN EXCELLENT SURFING EXPERIENCE, whether it's your first time trying surfing or you are trying to advance your skills. We'll get suited up in the wetsuits I provide, grab the surfboards and head down to the sand. This experience is for Small Groups (MAXIMUM 8 PARTICIPANTS per COACH) from total beginners surfers. For the first 15 minutes we’ll be training on the beach, then the rest of the classe with an instructor in the ocean. Other things to note A container to change clothes (NOT IN THE STREET) and safe space to store your belongings (NOT IN A CAR). At the end of the lesson you have access to an outdoor shower.
