This comfortable tri level town home is located in the heart of Redondo Beach. Located just one block from the Redondo Beach Pier and a short walk to the beach. Plenty of great restaurants and shopping close by that you can walk, bike or drive to depending on your mood!

This beautiful town home is located on the corner of Diamond and Broadway in Redondo Beach.
The ocean is a short walking distance or you can use the two beach cruisers and enjoy the bike path along the ocean!
The maximum occupancy is 6 people and is strictly enforced. The home comfortably sleeps 6 but there is a twin day bed if an additional bed is needed. I do not allow large parties.
The home has hardwood floor and travertine throughout so please remove your shoes while in the home.
There is one parking spot in the driveway and plenty of street parking.
This home is three levels and has 3 sets of stairs.
The first level has a bedroom with a queen bed . The second bedroom has twin sofa, table that can be used as a workspace, tv and kitchenette.
There is a full tub/shower sink and toilet on the first level.
There is a washer/dryer between the first and second level.
The middle level boasts a master suite/bathroom, living/dining room,kitchen and outdoor patio.
The middle level has a very large comfortable living room with an oversized 7ft sectional couch and chair, gas fireplace and 41" tv. Large dining room table seats six. Kitchen has a gas stove, refrigerator and dishwasher. The kitchen is fully equipped with anything you might need!
The master bedroom is on the second level off the living room and has a king size bed, gas fireplace, closet and a large bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub, large shower, double sinks and private toilet. There is a patio off the living room with a comfy deep couch, chair, chaise and firepit table.
The third bath is between the second and third level. This bathroom has a toilet a full shower and sink. The third level loft has a full queen size bed, desk and cozy window seat. There is a large patio off the loft that has a concrete table that seats 8, gas BBQ, large couch and chairs for relaxing, and a firepit table for those cooler evenings.
There are two beach cruisers, beach chairs, towels, umbrella and portable cooler to use during your stay.
You will have access to all of the home except the master walk in closet and the garage.

The minimum stay is 5 nights and maximum is 10 nights. There is a 10% weekly discount for any stay over 7 nighs.

This townhome can comfortably sleep 6 using bedrooms 1,2 and loft. If you need an additional bed the sofa day bed located in second bedroom on first level has a very comfortable mattress and topper.
LAX is a 20 minute drive.
The Pier is one block away.
Beach access is one block over and two down.
Bike path is two blocks away.

This is a very quiet safe neighborhood with a church located next door and across the street. Both the Fire Department and Police Department are each a block away too!
There is a CVS, Wholefoods and Starbucks within walking distance.
