A simple, traditional quiet clean apartment in a small building complex 7 minutes walk uphill from the lake and close to the town of Tremezzo. Easy to access to the whole lake and close to bus and boat stops, the Villa Carlotta and Bellagio and the local tourist office.
A kitchenette, living room, bathroom, and two bedrooms, the master bedroom with a double bed and the second bedroom with a bunk bed, is perfect for a family with 2 children.

This is an apartment in a complex built for local residents in the 50s so it is quite simple and basic. It stays cool inside year round.

Guests will have the apartment to themselves however the condominium spaces are shared. Please do not use the grass areas and please do not hang laundry outside, but you may use the table and chairs in the garden if you leave them clean and tidy. The parking space is small.

The apartment is simple and the parking space small.
Airbnb is not yet compliant with local law for Como or able to collect visitors tax through their platform.

You will need to supply a photo (or scan) and attach to your booking messages a copy of your documents for registration with the local authorities.

Tremezzo is the most central point of Lake Como, making it the perfect place to stay for any day trips anywhere on the lake. It is one of the few towns with sidewalks and easy lake access, and the little town along the lakefront has all necessary amenities, restaurants, post offices, pharmacy and is family friendly. Our apartment is away from the noise of the main road, up a side street and across from the old town of Tremezzo voted one of the prettiest old villages in Italy and worth getting lost in it's winding streets.
