St Tropez Beachside Luxe is, as the name suggests, a luxury styled apartment conveniently located right on Kiama's Surf Beach. Go to sleep with the mesmerising sound of waves crashing on the shore, wake up to views of the sun rising over stunning Surf Beach and literally walk out of the apartment and next door to Silica Cafe for your first coffee of the day. Coronation Park is opposite for the kids and there is an array of different cuisines all within walking distance, including Encore Wine Bar and Grill, also next door, for stress-free mealtimes.

With 1 queen bedroom and a twin room, the apartment is perfect for 1-2 couples, 4 adults or a family with up to 2children. It has been carefully and thoughtfully refurbished and styled in a soft palette, minimalist coastal style. The freshly painted walls and neutral, comfortable, padded flooring combine with soft furnishings in tones of olive green, light tan, grey, and dusky mushroom to create the most soothing and relaxing environment in which to unwind. The coastal artwork and decor on the open shelving also contribute to this soothing vibe.

St Tropez Beachside Luxe boasts 2 generously proportioned bedrooms decorated in soothing tones, a sleek, modern, fully equipped kitchen, a stylish and comfortable open plan living area and an undercover balcony with outdoor setting and elevated view. Enjoy lunch with cool coastal breezes on the balcony, which is shaded when the sun is at its highest. It is also a great spot for late afternoon drinks when the sun swings back around with its final rays of the day, spreading a golden light throughout the unit.

Looking for some rest and relaxation? Then look no further - this beautiful unit is equipped with 2 styles of picnic baskets, a selection of games and books, a TV in the living room and a second TV in the master bedroom with Chromecast just bring your own Netflix or log in to catch-up-TV for that series you've been dying to watch! There is a freshly resurfaced bath for that long luxuriating soak and a comfortable reading chair in the master bedroom if you need to close the door on the world for a while.

This is a secured unit with off-street parking for 1 small-medium car, and there is additional public parking directly next to the apartment, adjacent to the park and the beach. Leave the car securely at the unit and enjoy walking to the beach, fish and chips at the harbour, the lighthouse and famous Blowhole, the eclectic mix of homeware and fashion boutiques, the markets, galleries and music in the park. There is no end to the fun things you can do when you visit St Tropez Beachside Luxe; you just have to be prepared to leave the relaxing confines of this gorgeous home away from home!

Wi-fi is offered as a complimentary extra. As there is no charge issues will be dealt with ASAP but cannot be guaranteed.

To ensure the comfort of our guests and the neighbours, we do not accept bookings for "Schoolies" breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow weddings or parties of any sort.  

**Notes:**
Payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed under the Guest Information tab on our website or a link which will be sent to you in your booking confirmation email.

This property is a holiday rental, it is not a principal place of residence and there are no shared rooms. Enjoy your time in comfort and privacy.

Terms and conditions apply for this property and payment warrants your agreement and that of all other guests staying at the property with you.

The guest limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have been booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay. Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission. This is not possible at all properties.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.

For your added security, this property is managed by a Licensed Real Estate Agent. We will never request payments be made to an overseas bank account and your money is held safely in our Trust Account until after your departure.
