Perfect for a romantic getaway, or small family retreat. Quiet Island Style environment with private balcony, overlooking the Manatee River, boats sailing by, even dolphins and manatees,seen from your balcony, truly relaxing. Very clean, sanitized, nicely decorated, new queen sized bed. Futon couch folds down to a full size bed, full size refrigerator, cook top, microwave, Keurig Coffee Maker, and toaster oven, and slow cooker.

As you enter, there will be a basket located on the wall. In the basket are your parking slips, please place your parking slip in your car on the dashboard. Also in the basket are your laminated lanyard cards. This allows you access to the pools. Please remember to return keys to the basket, replacement will cost you $25. On the front door are instructions and the wifi network and password. Any other questions please don't hesitate to get in contact with me. Safe travels. Have fun!
