Beautiful park for a stroll or a run. There is a cafe in a historic building, tennis courts, a great kiddies playground and some animals.

Walk from Camden to Lime House. (actually I think you can get to Bristol and Wales) Walk along the historic canal with it's many working locks through some of London's old industrial areas. You'll find some nice cafes and eating places along the way.
