Neighborhoods
The Mesa Neighborhood is an amazing location with fantastic restaurants, shopping and so close to the beach. My house is in the West Mesa area. Having Shoreline Park down the street is a real treat. The Douglas Preserve (10-minute walk from studio) is a great place to get away to nature.
My house is an easy 5-minute walk to Mesa Park, Lazy acres and nearly 20 restaurants. It is a wonderful 30-minute walk or 6-minute drive to the marina and Stearns Wharf. The studio is a 6 minute drive to downtown, 10 minutes to Montecito, and 20 minutes to Isla Vista.
