Very quiet 1 king-size bed, fully-equipped appartment in the heart of the lively 11th arrondissement, conveniently located in a "dead-end" street (hence no traffic at all) . Everything you need near-by, and métro 9 station "Charonne" 2 minutes away. 2nd floor (no elevator), lovely neighboors but strict "no noise" policy in the building (not ideal to party, invite many people or listen to loud music, you will be in trouble very quickly!)

Il est très fonctionnel, lumineux et donne place a une grande pièce à vivre de 40 M2 avec une cuisine ouverte tout équipée (Lave vaisselle, machine à laver, four, micro-ondes ..) La chambre est munit d'un lit double queen size. Le salon donne sur rue et la chambre sur cour. Ce charmant deux pièces de 65 m2 est situé au pied du Père Lachaise et bénéficie de nombreux commerce de bouche et restaurants.

Charmant appartement de 41m2 situé au cœur du quartier Gambetta et à proximité de Père-Lachaise, ce logement constitue un parfait pied-à-terre pour découvrir Paris. Entièrement rénové avec goût, situé au rez-de-chaussée très facile d'accès pour vous et vos valises. A 2 mn à pieds de la station métro Gambetta et 10 mn de la Place de la République en métro (ligne3). Il est très proche des nombreux restaurants, brasseries, bars et commerces.

Central et calme. Spacieux et tout équipé. Je suis architecte et j’ai dessiné cet appartement afin qu’il soit le plus fonctionnel et agréable à vivre possible. L’appartement est situé dans une rue calme d’un quartier sympa. Il est à faible distance à pied du cœur de paris. Proche de différentes stations de métro, mon appartement récemment rénové, sera un endroit parfait pour vous balader en ville et vous reposer confortablement.
