We offer a king size sofa bed (new bed coming 4th March) and, if needed, a second memory foam mattress on the floor. The studio is separate from the main house so offers privacy and quiet, should you need it. There is ample off-road, private parking on our 10 acre property and you are welcome to use the garden.

The perfect tranquil getaway. Guests can explore our private grounds or take advantage of the many local footpaths, bridlepaths and village pubs in the surrounding area. The Woodland and Lakes host Wild deer, Hare, Buzzard, Kite and a wide range of water fowl. We offer livery for guests horses and can arrange animal interactions .
