MeadowbankMy home is near Blackwood 10 miles from Caerphilly in a a small hamlet called Cwm Argoed 2 miles from Blackwood, 1 mile from the Maes Manor hotel, It is a large bespoke bungalow which has a wood burner in the main room. 1 bedroom available (1 single with a pullout that makes a double bed), Please be aware that there is one network that has poor coverage Vodafone, being semi rural there is a short tight lane to get to the village. Luxury Cabin - really just a shed in the gardenLuxury Cabin is actually a hot tub room that came with the house - used the hot tub twice and stuck the thing on Ebay . Cabin has wifi , power, heating , a Tv and loads of DVD's . There is a double bed. There is an adjacent basic kitchen and a rustic WC and shower . The garden here is massive and full of poultry . We are in the wilderness of South Wales so if you visit in January bring a coat. Whilst the cabin is not the Savoy we are at least friendly.
Country Cottage'The Cwtch' at Dan y Coed is set in a small village 3 miles from Crickhowell and 3 miles from Abergavenny. This is a 200 year old cottage which is set in a quiet country lane in the heart of the Brecon Beacons national parks. The Cwtch is a separate and private part of the house, it does however share the main entrance and the stairs. It's semi self catering with fridge, microwave and toaster only (no cooker).
