The Octagon is set in 2.2 acres of beautiful private woodland. It is visually secluded, and all yours for your group to explore and enjoy. The land is surrounded by open fields and farm tracks yet you are 15 mins walk from all town centre amenities. Great for families and friends and as a retreat space. Please note there are 7 beds in the octagon sleeping 10. The caravan is an extra £100. Please note we are not a "party" house and expect our guests to respect the space. Hot tub/sauna are £220.

This end of terrace cottage comprises of lounge/diner/kitchen on the ground floor and bedroom with king size bed and separate bathroom with shower over the bath on the first floor, accessed by an open-tread staircase. Wifi, smart speaker and smart TV for information, communication and entertainment. USB charging points & leads are available in the lounge and bedroom. On road parking.*

The Old Farm Office at Cronkshaw Fold Farm

Curl up in front of the fire in our self-catering hut located next to our quiet, private farm lane. Enjoy panoramic views over the valley. Relax in the hammock on the veranda, snuggle up on the sofa in front of the fire, cosy up in bed under the feather duvet lit with fairy lights. Private hot tub available for hire for an additional £42. Book farm tours with hot buttered toast and dippy eggs, goat hang out experiences, bee keeping experiences or venture off on one of the many local trails.

The Coach House

This is a detached barn that can sleep up to 6 people ,the extra bed is a futon in the upstairs bedroom,bedding is provided.. it has plenty of safe secure parking.. a patio area with seating..it is close to nature and lots of outdoor space. Great for motorbikers too. It has underfloor heating, log burner in the lounge, regular oven fridge freezer, microwave. We have direct access to local bridleways, cycle ways and off road cycling. Lots of moorland directly behind the property for walking.

The Stables - Rawtenstall.

The Stables is a unique, relaxing, stylish one bedroom property with an additional double sofa bed included. It has lots of character, superb views and is the perfect romantic hideaway, ideal for a short break away. The Stables also has a hot tub which is ideal for anyone wanting a relaxing weekend away. It is ideal for walking routes, with friendly local pubs and restaurants nearby and is only a 15 minute walk into Rawtenstall town centre. The nearest super market is just 0.4 miles away.

Discover the captivating retreat at Fearless Fox Lodge, perfectly situated farm just steps away from the serene Leeds and Liverpool Canal. sleeps 4 but you can request up to 8 (£35pp applies) as we can sort extra bedding for the sofa beds and chair beds etc. The cabin is opposite the ducks, chicken and goats and has a beautiful view of Pendle Hill which is worth the climb xx Features wood burning hot tub (no bubbles) but prefect!!! IMPORTANT NOTE: The hot tub and sauna are available for an additional £75. This fee covers access for 2 days and must be reserved at least 24 hours before arrival. This charming property, built in 1848, originally served as the maintenance room for horse-drawn vehicles and coaches for the nearby Manor House. It has undergone extensive renovations to blend historical charm with modern conveniences, including contemporary fixtures and super fast Virgin broadband.
