Gran's Place

This newly renovated 4th generation family farmhouse sitting on 13 acres is centrally located in Russell Springs, just minutes from Lake Cumberland. We are just off the Cumberland Parkway (a short and easy drive to both Columbia and Somerset), close to Russell County Hospital, and within a mile to most fast-food chains, restaurants, gas, and grocery. Our goal is to make your stay as enjoyable as possible while visiting the Lake Cumberland area. We do ask that there be no smoking in the home.

For the boaters and fishermen, we are just minutes away from Arnold’s landing boat ramp and also Holmes Bend marina on beautiful Green River lake. For the hunting enthusiast, there are 20,000 plus acres of public land available for spring and fall hunting, with an abundance of turkey and deer. Close to Campbellsville University and Lindsey Wilson in Columbia. Lake Cumberland is also a short drive away.

Wildlife is abundant here, adding to the sense of escape at this hidden getaway in south-central Kentucky.

This property is within half a mile from a boat dock to Green River Lake. The nearest store is located only 3.1 miles on New Columbia Hwy.

We are located within 2 miles of Lindsey Wilson University, between Green River Lake and Lake Cumberland and within one mile of the Cumberland Pkwy. Nice, newly renovated 4 bedroom, 2 bath house with lots of room for entertainment. Large kitchen/dining room with room for 12+. Perfect house for indoor and outdoor living. In town and just a short driving distance to either Jamestown Marina or Lake Cumberland Marina. Nice 30’ driveway with a place to charge your boat. New for 2023 we now have a fire pit and new outdoor furniture for more indoor/outdoor living space!
