Serenity Streams Campground

We offer this renovated camper which sleeps 2 adults and room on floor for cot. Or for children to sleep on floor. Very quiet location on a beautiful stream. Also with camper is fairly large lean too. We have reduced the price because our hot water heater has gone out. We have to do extensive work to do to upgrade which we will do before opening in the spring. We still have the cook stove to heat water up if needed and also heat for chilly nights. Thank you for your patience with this issue!

***Guests must walk 420ft from the parking spot through the woods to reach the RV. There is a cart / sled for you to use. *In WINTER* The main trail will not be plowed. This is a 32' 2014 camper in a nice quiet setting. Self contained. Private 28 acres with 11.5 acre lake. Two other campsites and main house on property. Seasonal from April 1 to October 30, depending on weather. Has 3 slide outs. Fire pit available. No smoking INSIDE camper. Close to Interstate 81, Syracuse, Binghamton, Ithaca, and points North and South. Local restaurants, summer theater, shopping, SUNY Cortland, Cornell University, Ithaca College, TC3, etc.
