We are a mile from the University (UVM) and University Medical Center. The Loft is upstairs from August First Bakery, next to Anjou consignment store and Restaurant Poco. There is a 100-foot waterfront boat dock available, Wi-Fi, A/C, Heat, and is fully furnished. Paddle Boat and canoe also available to use.
