Our One Bedroom Apartment at Unit 231 is the perfect launch point for all of your Hill City adventures including Miles of ATV, biking/hiking/cross-country skiing and snowmobile trails, a beautiful 9 hole Golf Course, bicycle rentals, pool access and Hill Lake access! This unit has one bathroom in the main living space, two queen beds in the bedroom and a pull out bed in the sofa in the living room space. We offer cable TV, WiFi and air conditioning to make your getaway as comfortable as home!

This is the perfect cabin for a large family getaway or for multiple families to relax and enjoy the beauty of the Northwoods. Water sports equipment available to rent nearby or bring your own.

It has an indoor fireplace for cozy winter/fall nights, and an outdoor fireplace for everything in between. Take a walk on one of the many miles of private trails plus the 700ft, solar lit, boardwalk over Beaver Lake to Smaug Island. Everything is included except your food, beverages, and personal items!
