Julley! Welcome to our quintessential, experiential farmstay retreat in picturesque Teri, a hamlet in Rong or 'Gorges' close to Changthang in Ladakh's easternmost portion. We have 4 cozy rooms and 1 reading and a traditional living room, all with a view of the mighty Himalayas and the Indus River flowing right next to it. Our farmstay at a distance of about 100 km from Leh and takes about 2 hours to reach. It is ideally located on the Hanle, Tsomoriri, Tsokar, Yaya Tso, Umling La routes.

We don't provide luxury; our perception of luxury is entirely different. We believe in delivering natural and local experience that we think is beyond luxury.
