The cabin is a destination all on its own. Fish from the pier or banks on the privately managed eight-acre lake. There is a john boat which is quite old, uses paddles, and is in fair shape (feel free to bring your canoe or john boat.). A paddleboat and paddleboard are available for guest use and swimming. Enjoy walking the property and visit the onsite hoop house and orchard for free seasonal fruits and vegetables. Have fun by the outside fire pit roasting marshmallows with friends and family!

Close to boat ramps and marinas who offer gas dock, boat rentals and restaurants.

Please note: this is a smoke free ( including marijuana) , pet free and no children allowed. Please respect our home. It is in a quite friendly community, and is within a 30 minute drive of the beautiful Cheaha mountains (State Park). Ashland is the nearest town only 6 miles away and has several restaurants including McDonalds, several privately owned cafes and a Piggly Wiggly for groceries. There is a Dollar General in Millerville just 2 miles away.
