Enjoy a wrap-around deck with outdoor dining & forested pathway to fireplace overlooking the creek. Winter use requires AWD/4WD vehicle.

Mushers Haven-Fairbanks Adventure & Retreat Lodge

Musher's Haven is a tranquil lodge located on the premiere mushing and skiing trail system of North America. Located on a 15-acre lot, you will have privacy and immediate access to 25 miles of of expertly groomed (and award-winning!) trails. The Cottage is a modern Vacation home near Palmer, AK. Situated on 10 acres of forest we frequently have mostly harmless moose wander through the yard. The Cottage can sleep up to 4 guests in 2 bedrooms one with a king size bed and the other with a queen size bed. (Comfortable inflatable bed available upon request). Rose Ridge is 15 minutes from Palmer at the base of beautiful Hatcher Pass. Wasilla is 25 minutes and Anchorage is 1 hour away. We are close to area attractions and activities.

What we do offer is a serene and peaceful home in the mountains with a rugged natural landscape, and occasional visits from bear and moose. If you’re lucky, you may have a front row seat to Lady Aurora dancing from the spacious and comfy hot tub! We are roughly forty-minutes North of the Airport, and 15 minutes away from downtown ER.

In the basement of the chalet there is a mother-in-law apartment that has a seperate exterior entrance and is occasionally occupied by the owner.
