Let yourself in with the high-tech Nest keypad and get to enjoying the huge wrap-around deck that overlooks the Oak Orchard River. The property provides privacy and offers direct access to the River via a private walking path down the river bank. Enjoy your time on the creek fishing, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, or just enjoying the beauty of nature. We have Kayaks available to rent!

Cabin at SanGer-La Alpacas

Welcome to The Cabin @ SanGer-La Alpacas, a working alpaca farm owned and operated by Nancy & Kris Sanger. In addition to the wooded Adirondack Park like setting, you can learn about alpacas, their care and their wonderful fiber, or just relax and imagine you're in the most peaceful place on earth. You'll meet Lucas and Cody our 2 dogs. Both very friendly and full of energy. The Cabin is a completely separate 480 sq ft, 1 bedroom and full bath. Parking in front of the Cabin. Note: No TV.

The Nut House

This apartment is located in a beautiful country setting. There is private parking available for guests. Located on the first floor is the entrance to the hallway. Once inside you will have a private door to enter your private apartment. Outside you can enjoy your private patio in the back, a well kept yard, and very nice gardens. There is no stove, but we do offer amenities for simple cooking and reheating food. We also offer a basic continental breakfast with cereal and coffee.

Close to restaurants, laundry, art gallery and Erie Canal Welcome Center. Apartment has separate entrance. owned by cyclists who have cycled Erie Canal many times. All amenities to make your stay enjoyable, we'll help with bikes & repairs. Shuttle services & bike rentals. (fully equipped Trek hybrids for rent by request.)

The Niagara Loft

35 miles from Niagara Falls. Charming, completely furnished studio apartment in a separate building from other residences. In the Buffalo Niagara Region ( UB North Campus, Niagara Wine Trail, Erie Canal Bike Trail, Six Flags Darien Lake) Lovely, rural farm setting with private parking, private entrance, wifi and full kitchen. A pleasant retreat with alpacas for neighbors! No smoking inside or outside on our private property. 3 night minimum applies to Fall months only.

Lagom Living Not too little ~ Not too Much

Our Airbnb is an entire two-bedroom apartment in an 1800s home in Albion, NY. You’ll have plenty of room to settle in and stretch out here. We can sleep five people in one queen, one double bed and a couch. The comfortable living room is stocked with board games and our full kitchen has all the appliances and kitchenware you need to make your own meals. With onsite parking, a private entrance, and washer and dryer, you can really make yourself at home.

Lake View 3 Bedroom Barn

This property is the original barn that was a part of a farm built in the mid 1800's. The 3 bedroom facility is half of the barn, but renters have use of the immediate property surrounding the barn. There are two horses on the property, which is why we cannot accept pets. This is a modern farmhouse where we repurposed many traditional architectural pieces and antiques to maintain the authenticity of the original barn.

Studio Apt close to SUNY Brockport & Erie Canal

Spacious studio apartment in the lower level of a country home. 1 Queen Sized Bed, also the option of 2 fold out cots/air mattresses. In-law apartment with private entrance and completely furnished separated from main house by a hallway and 2 doors. Quiet suburban neighborhood yet not far from expressways, airport, shopping centers, colleges, and restaurants. Greater Rochester Airport is only 15 minutes away and Roberts Wesleyan College is 2 minutes! Driveway is shared with owner but has plenty of parking space.
