Also, small dog friendly (non-shedding only ) but you MUST advise if you are bringing a fur Baby please. Also, be aware, there's no fenced yard, however the porch can be enclosed. 🎃 . This cosy 1 bedroom furnished apartment has everything you need for short or extended stays. RC A/C. The main bedroom has a queen bed. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Easy access from rail and Illawarra Airport the rental is also close to highway for road access. Photos show this is a two room establishment with galley kitchen - bedroom - dining area and bathroom. Privacy and seclusion is guaranteed with ample off street parking. Tradies more than welcome. We do not normally provide for family pets as there are no fences.

The studio strictly does not accept pets or children under the age of 8. Babies who are not yet walking are welcome. This is due to the delicate nature and design of the studio.

The comfortable one bedroom cottage is located on our 450 acre working cattle property. We are close to the seaside towns of Shellharbour and Kiama. You can enjoy the beaches and then come home and just sit and gaze at the views of the farm. We have many animals for you to get close to if you desire and an abundance of bird life on the property. The cottage has a comfortable veranda for you to relax and watch the horses and cattle graze. A country experience just 2 hrs drive from Sydney.
