La literie, les fenêtres double vitrage et les volets sont neufs. La salle à manger-salon sont climatisés et donnent sur un large balcon avec vue sur mer. La cuisine est équipée d un lave-vaisselle, et la salle de bain avec baignoire et lave linge

This is a centrally located studio on the first floor (without an elevator) of 30m2 with the best views, as it is located on the beachfront and next to the castle. The entire studio is an overlook to the Mediterranean. The studio is situated within a family building that includes 6 double-room studios. All of them have access to the 'chill out' terrace, which is for shared use and located on the rooftop. Due to its size, only two adults can be accommodated.
