Consta de una gran cocina, dos habitaciones, una con dos camas individuales, la otra con una cama grande de matrimonio (180 X 190), un baño completo con ducha espaciosa, water separado, salón grande con vistas al puerto deportivo y a Barcelona, cocina comedor con mesa para 8/10 comensales y una terraza en la que poder disfrutar de la brisa marina y del sol. Es un espacio muy tranquilo que invita a la relajación. No se aceptan mascotas. No se puede fumar en el interior de la vivienda, (si en la terraza). No se permiten las fiestas nocturnas que perturben la tranquilidad y el descanso vecinal.
