OAH 1870 Oldest Alesund House

Welcome to OAH-1870, the oldest surviving house in Ålesund’s city center – a charming cultural treasure built in 1870. This unique home withstood the devastating fire of 1904, preserving not only its original character but also a true piece of local history. Enjoy a peaceful seaside stay in scenic Skjeljavika, literally a stone throw from beach and fjord. The cabin is a cosy base for families, couples and friends who want sea views, nature, fishing, hiking, swimming and quiet evenings. Cabin is 60 m2, well equipped and located on a farm with Icelandic horses. Great for day trips in the Ålesund and Sunnmøre area, including Geiranger, Trollstigen, Ona, Runde and the Atlantic Ocean Road. Boat rental and horseback riding may be available on request.

Et spektakulært og tilgjengelig område for fjellvandring, toppturer og rekreasjons-opphold i vakker natur.

Her kan du nyte kaffekoppen i solveggen, og utforsk øya med sykkel eller sko på de unike turstier på kryss og tvers av øya. Her finner du både smilepuls og hjertero ❤️ Hytta er nylig oppusset (2023) innvendig og byr på en fin atmosfære for en liten familie eller en romantisk «getaway» med kjæresten 💕 Nytt av året (2024) er en stor terrasse og vedfyrt badestamp 🩵🔥

Romslig og helt nyoppusset hus sentralt på Haramsøy. Huset fremstår som svært delikat og innbydende. Fastlandsforbindelse via Nordøyvegen, og kort vei til Ulla fyr. Romslig kjøkken med alle fasiliteter, og romslig spiseplass med god plass til 10 personer. Fine uteplasser med plass til 10 personer. Bright, spacious apartment with beautiful fjord views just outside Ålesund. A perfect base for exploring Sunnmøre while stikk being close to the city. Recently renovated, fully equipped with a lovely veranda and nature right outside the door. Guests may also rent our boathouse with SUP boards, fishing gear and a fire pan. Shops, restaurants and Moa shopping mall are only a few minutes away. Free parking, and EV charging may be available by arrangement (additional fee)

Holiday home at Ulla, Haramsøy

A pearl in the sea gap! Newly renovated farmhouse from 1894 which has retained its unique charm and old style :) The house is located on Ulla, Haramsøy (Haram municipality), with the sea as its nearest neighbour. It is a short distance to fishing opportunities and a bathing area, and the hiking trails are right outside the kitchen door. There will also be a boat available for free use during the stay at your own risk.
