Second bedroom , a smaller room with a double bed (140cms wide) , the bathroom for this bedroom can be used as an en suite or closed off and used as a guest bathroom. Take a few things in a basket up to Roof terrace and enjoy breakfast in the sun , this is a shared roof with separate areas to provide some privacy, large sofas, dining table for four & Bbq.

Our townhouse has one of Almunecars best locations. Great views over the sea, town and mountains from the large roof terrace. Close to the picturesque San Miguel castle right in the old part of Almunecar. Three minutes walk to restaurants, bars, and shops, seven minutes walk to the beach. Small supermarket one minute. A house big enough for an extended family or group (five bedrooms, ten beds). A/C in bedrooms and living room, wi-fi, tv, micro, wash machine, dishwasher, parasol and beach stuff.

Tiene una terraza muy soleada y agradable donde podras disfrutar de un desayuno mirando al mar. La decoracion es muy actual ya que el apartamento esta recien reformado. Tiene todas las comodidades para que disfrutes de unos dias formidables. Es muy tranquilo pero a la vez tiene mucha vida porque esta situado en el centro de la ciudad por lo que tiene alrededor restaurantes, tiendas...

It is a spacious one bedroom seafront apartment, located in the popular area of San Cristóbal Beach in Almuñécar. The apartment has all the facilities with modern decoration. It has a communal pool open all year, wifi, air-con, heating, all domestic electrical appliances. Almuñécar is a popular touristic town in the Costa Tropical with very mild temperatures. The apartment is very well located, in front of the prommenade, and the sea and beach. A car is not essential. All services are nearby.

Our charming, older apartment is in the heart of everything: right by the beach, the San Miguel castle, Botanical Garden and kid’s playground. You have restaurants, shopping, activities everywhere and still the area feels secluded and away from the main action. Fully installed air condition and heating in all rooms. We are on the third floor. No lift.

El apartamento tiene una decoración muy actual con mobiliario nuevo de gran calidad, muy apropiado para familias con niños. Lo mejor es su ubicación está situado en el centro del pueblo con la playa a escasos metros ,ideal para el verano y para invierno, ya que es muy soleado. Tiene todos los servicios muy cerca. Si no quiere utilizar el coche no es necesario ya que están las tiendas, supermercados, restaurantes, bares....todo lo que pueda necesitar al lado.
