Villa RI is a private modern home built in Sept 2022. There are two houses, Mawar and Orkid and a private/exclusive family pool. Each house has 2 rooms with attached bathrooms. Orkid has a kitchen & laundry. The Villa overlooks a beautiful green horizon and hills, complete with morning sunrise. Villa RI is a short distance to Alor Gajah town centre - popular fast food restaurants, mamak & coffee shops, local food stalls, Alor Gajah museum, night market (Saturday) and farmers market (Sunday).

Rimba Alor comprises a 1.7-acre orchard with a variety of fruit trees. There is also a 170 x 50 foot and 8 feet deep fishing pond with among others.
