Exceptional Souterrain Studio which witnesses history. Cool without air-condition! The brick building was built in 1906 for the KrauseCo company. The company built vehicles for a century and moved out in 2005. In World-war 2, a Bunker was installed which is in it's original state today. Kitchen and Furniture where chosen to fit to not to long gone times . 5 minutes to the river - Danube 2,2km to the giant ferris wheel (Prater) 16 minutes to Schwedenplatz by U1 (1st district).

From here you can enjoy the most diverse views: Some look directly at St. Stephen‘s Cathedral, others at the unique geometric metal rivet decor of the former commercial court in Riemergasse. All studios have an anteroom with a fully equipped, modern kitchenette, a comfortable living/bedroom with 2 beds and a bathroom with toilet.
