It is - 6 minutes to a grocery store, - 12 minutes to Rock Springs or Wekiva Springs, - 15 minutes to the Lake Apopka Wildlife Drive and - 30 to 45 minutes to the major theme parks, depending on traffic, - 4 minute bike ride to the West Orange Trail which runs for 22 miles. This luxury guesthouse (on the same property as our main house but they are completely separate) is a hidden oasis conveniently located in the middle of downtown Winter Park (Rollins College/Full Sail) and UCF. It's roughly 10 minutes to each. Close to 417 expressway (toll road) so you can easily get around to the other areas of Orlando. Note: The guesthouse is 35 minutes to Disney, 25 minutes to Universal Studios and 20 minutes to Orlando International Airport.

Cozy container in College Park and near Downtown

This is a unique stay in a container that has been transformed into a studio. Similar to a tiny home but without climbing into a loft. The Container is outfitted with a Kitchen, Bath and sleeping area. Cozy and quaint is the best way to describe it. The location is in my backyard in College park, near major roadways for easy travel to the theme parks, Winter Park restaurants and Downtown entertainment.
