"Casa Adriana", an independent, practical and well-kept apartment, for those who wish to stay in absolute privacy at the beginning of the historic centre: twenty minutes walk from the famous Two Towers and Piazza Maggiore, three hundred meters from the Central Train Station and from the bus station. Easy to get to by car because it is not in a restricted traffic area, and has a private indoor garage. "Casa Adriana" is perfect for all travelers with or without a car, who seek comfort and privacy.

Torre di Longara: confort e relax poco fuori città

Located just a few minutes from the city and the airport, and nestled in the Bolognese countryside, the Tower of Longara combines the antiquity of the noble Caprara villa with a recent renovation, making it both comfortable and charming. The villa is divided into 4 independent housing units, spread over three floors, each with private access and parking. Two of these are the private residences. The other two are dedicated to hospitality: a Bed and Breakfast with four rooms and a Holiday Home.

First floor apartment with separate entrance on 2 levels, renovated with very fine finishes, parquet on the floors, visible beams and new furniture. It’s equipped with all comforts and it’s very close to the central Piazza Maggiore. Downstairs there’s one living room with a fully equipped kitchen, one comfortable sofa bed and one TV, upstairs one comfortable bedroom, one bathroom with window and one big comfortable shower. L'alloggio è una casa indipendente, composta da soggiorno con divano e TV, cucina attrezzata e dotata di elettrodomestici e stoviglie, due camere matrimoniali ciascuna con il proprio bagno completo di servizi e doccia. Non mettiamo in condivisione gli ospiti. Esternamente c'è un giardino privato e un ampio spazio cortilizio dove poter parcheggiare in sicurezza i mezzi di trasporto. La zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, vicinissima ad una pista pedonale e ciclabile in riva al fiume Po.

We will be happy to host you on the ground floor which is dedicated to the B&B. The warm and welcoming rooms have independent entrances and lead onto the garden. Fantastic location between Bologna and Florence, 10' from the motorway exit and 30' from Bologna airport. Don't miss the sunset, even better with a good glass of wine!

" La Casina" è situata nel cuore di Ferrara, a ridosso delle antiche Mura, adiacente a Piazza Ariostea, al Palazzo dei Diamanti, alla facoltà di Giurisprudenza. We are 40 minutes from Bologna airport. Our nearest town is Vignola, rich in history and famous for its cherries. You can explore the region of Emilia Romagna, and return each evening and watch the sun go down with a chilled glass of wine. (2 nights stay in Winter when requested)
