Stay aboard the eco-friendly two-story 63 ft River Queen with a 360 degree view with beautiful sunrises and sets, mored 1/8 mi offshore in a quite harbor close to shopping center, movie theater, hospital, bars & restaurants. A 10-foot dinghy with small outboard to come & go from shore "ONLY", nowhere else. I also offer Personal Training, deep tissue work & Life Coach sessions. Full galley. Linens and towels provided. It is disinfected before your arrival. Extra person $50/day agreed prior. Centre bed $50 for stay. This accommodation is for the boat at the dock only. It does not include driving the boat or use of the cottage property. The boat is a non smoking.

It is located in Monticello, Ky, in a rural part of the area. It’s about 12 minutes to town. There is very close (driving distance) swimming access, kayaking, boating, boat ramps, fishing & marinas. On a dead end street, so very peaceful. Kayak rental is available for $25. per day/per kayak. Pet fee $50/$75 per stay.

We spent 2 years completely renovating everything and tried to leave as much of the boat’s original personality intact while adding modern amenities.
