This is perfect for a family, where kids can stay in the tiny house and the parents sleep in the cottage. Or 2 couples to have their own space. The two separate units are joined by a large covered deck with great views of the James River, Hot Tub, eating table & Grill. The property has a boat ramp for small boats/kayaks. This is a great section of the river for floating, fishing, and more.

Crabtree Falls and Humpback Rock for hiking. In Nelson Co., the Blue Ridge Parkway and Skyland Drive began. Nearby is UVa's Rotunda, Monticello, Appomattox, DC, Schuyler (the Waltons). Nelson hosts peach and apple festivals each year. The beautiful foliage to be seen in the fall and winter snowy mountains.
