Close to Iditarod headquarters, Selters Bay Golf course, 30 minutes to Hatchers Pass, 1 hour to Talketna, fishing, hiking, breweries, mountains and much more. The views from the large windows and deck are stunning. Try some fishing, skating, kayaking, swimming or walk the trails. Grilling on the deck or a bonfire ( ask for firewood) overlooking the lake are great evening activities. Not the outdoor type, you’ll find this a peaceful place to unwind. Located 13 miles from Wasilla makes this spot ideal as your hub to exploring Alaska. We are happy to host your pets(dogs only) pets not allowed in any beds. Excessive pet hair will be charged $50.

End of the Road Cottage in Hope, AK

This cottage sits at the end of a quiet road just a 10 minute walk from downtown Hope, AK. The house is on 3 acres and has great sun on the deck. The cottage has heat and electricity. Bathroom includes hot shower, sink and toilet. Kitchen is fully furnished. Queen sized Bed is in loft up a steep staircase/ladder. Owners are next door and happy to answer questions, particularly about rafting Sixmile Creek, as Gareth is a guide for FlowAK. Be advised there is no gas station in Hope!

Futon converts in to full bed. BBQ , patio furniture Great base location for exploring South Central Alaska.

Cabin on the hill

This 384 square foot cabin is located on 1.4 acres. There is a beautiful view of the Mat-Su Valley from the edge of the driveway. After a full day of adventures in Alaska come back to our little cabin on the hill. This cabin comes with WiFi, a full size bed, kitchen, bath, washer, and dryer. Moose are common in the area. Please do not try to pet or feed the moose.

The Mini Chalet is located on a quiet 20 acre lot with a fantastic view of Hatcher Pass. The Mini Chalet is surrounded by trees and has a small yard. Recently we added a sauna! Toklat Alaskan Log Cabin

Enjoy a memorable visit when you stay in this unique Alaskan log cabin. The Mat-Valley is a wonderful place to visit. We are 10 min outside of Wasilla on the west side of Wasilla, and a good jumping off place to your your trip to interior Alaska. We are minutes from a grocery store, laundry mat, gas stations, UPS store, and bank.

The Johnson House Cabin

A comfortable, cozy, private and secluded cabin for up to two guests. Our cabin is overlooking the Knik River Valley and Knik Glacier and offers spectacular views. The cabin is located a moderate 250 step hike from our parking area including two outdoor sets of steps so, self check-in is not an option.
