The bedroom has a KING size cool foam mattress and full bathroom with shower. On chilly nights enjoy an electric fireplace while cooking in the fully equipped kitchen. The large backyard has a deck with table and chairs, as well as a firepit. There is a desk to work at and high-speed wifi internet, plus a free parking space.

Downtown Historic Attic Suite

This upstairs suite is in an historic 1917 cottage, in downtown Anchorage, and is a rare find! Steps away from restaurants, bars, convention center, bus station, museum, bike trails, parks and pubs. It shares the building with a hair salon on the main level. With a private entrance, it is upstairs under the attic eaves, so the bathroom ceiling is slanted (FYI super tall people!) quality towels & linens, a full-sized pull out sofa bed in the living room, the queen bed is cool gel memory foam!

Our house will be a great addition to your vacation. We offer a hot tub and sauna. There is plenty of room to store your snowboarding gear, or just kick back and relax. There are two full bathrooms, a living room, and a workout room downstairs. We are 2.5 miles from the Dimond Shopping Center, 6.4 miles from Downtown, 4.9 miles from Hilltop Ski Hill, and and 38.8 miles from Alyeska Ski Resort. There are multiple activities and restaurants within 2 miles of the house.

Midtown Alaskan Retreat- 6BR 2BA

This 6 bedroom/ 2 bath home is located in Roger's Park/College Village, the most desirable midtown location in Anchorage. Minutes away from EVERYTHING! Two living rooms, dining room and fully stocked kitchen, as well as downstairs kitchenette and laundry. Deck, BBQ, and large backyard with toys. Fast WiFi. Free parking. All the comforts of home while visiting the city. Lots of extras in the kitchen and some breakfast items provided including bagels, waffles, eggs, and sometimes fruit. Backyard is fully fenced. Some games, toys, writing stuff & books. There are two bedrooms with three beds. The walk-in closet has 2 extra twin mattress you can set up on the floor. Total: 1 queen bed and 4 twin bed/mattress on floor (5). Home is located on a busy road.
