A one-bedroom flat with fully equipped kitchen, large shower and comfortable sitting room, it is perfect for a trip to West Hampshire and the Test Valley. You will find an oasis of calm in a busy world where you can relax in comfort after an active day visiting the many sites of historic interest or admiring our beautiful local scenery. For the hotel restaurant advance booking is recommended. There is a lovely riverside walk to Beaulieu village ( 2.5 miles ).

There are a variety of places to eat close by ranging from cosy pubs to fine dining restaurants. Vine Annex sleeps 4 one king sized double, one single and one small single in twin room.
