Up to 2 dogs allowed for an additional fee. ***Events/photo shoots are allowed with written permission only and will be an added fee. No events larger than 25 total.***

This is a cozy home that is perfect for four adults, or a family of four. Newly remodeled kitchen with new refrigerator, gas range and dishwasher. Hardwood floors throughout the home, with tiled kitchen and baths. Conveniently located within a short walk to the Waveland Cafe (300 ft), a favorite breakfast spot.

Lots of floor space with a blow up mattress available. Large kitchen with a powder room bathroom off the kitchen and family room , living room, dinning room, and a deck. Driveway parks 2-3vehicles. Safe parking on the west side of the street,( across the street from our home). Can not park on the side of the street our home is on.

The high trestle trail is about 8 blocks away with a nice park 1 block away. The highlight of my home is the newly remodeled bedrooms and bathroom. There are queen beds in each of the bedrooms. The guest bed is brand new. The living room has a 55” LG OLED 4k TV with a PlayStation 5. I have high-speed cable internet with cable through slingTV.
