Bathroom is only 30 yard walk. Sleeping space for 2 adults only. 1-2 small kids may be allowed with preapproval. AWD/4-wheel drive recommended December-March in case of snow.

The convenient location is a big plus, the trade-off is you can hear traffic from the 105 bypass. Ear plugs and noise machines provided. There's parking options for different types of vehicles available.

Back in side we have a full Kitchen with all amenties of home, Dining Room, Living room with plenty of space to relax and watch TV, And a large Bedroom with adjoining Bathroom.

Spacious home in an active in-town neighborhood. Our space is ideal for a campus visit, football weekend, or a casual Boone getaway. Four guests can sleep in two spacious bedrooms, each with a queen bed. The full kitchen allows you the freedom to cook dinner or throw together a quick on-the-go breakfast. Our garage apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood just a short walk to King St (our main street.) The space is cozy and well appointed - perfect for a couple or small family. The deck is a lovely place to enjoy the beautiful mountain weather. There is a queen sized bed. There is queen pill out futon as well as a futon in the closet to make the kids space cozy and comfortable.
