Welcome to The Cofer House - a wonderful overnight option in the Ashburn, GA area. A newly renovated (2022) country property that features all of the amenities to keep you comfortable away from home. It is both a peaceful and relaxing place to stay. Cofer House is located on a quiet country road, with beautiful views overlooking a pond and farm fields, but still convenient to many places. Just a 15 min drive off I-75; 7 miles S. of Ashburn, 15 miles to Sylvester and 22 miles from Tifton.

Southern Comfort & Charm on Lake Blackshear… a large walk out porch and gorgeous view, outdoor seating with swings, rockers and large couches. Enjoy a book, fire pit or outdoor TV for a ballgame with surround sound outside and inside! Perfect weekend getaway, great for work/traveling. Winter rentals to escape the cold. With four bedrooms it’s great for small family gatherings, girls weekends, or couples. Book a weekend, week or a month. Pets considered, but MUST be approved with $100 p/pet.

This quaint little cabin is only a few miles from historic downtown featuring brick streets, restored theatre, local restaurants, unique shops; and 30 minutes from I-75.

Waterfront Paradise- Private Boat Ramp & Fishing

Welcome to our home on Lake Blackshear! We are located in a cove at the northern tip of the lake, surrounded by trees and beautiful nature. There is 1 queen bed, one queen sleeper sofa, and 1 futon (suitable for 1-2 small kids). Its beautiful country life so come enjoy it with us! It is duckweed season! Duckweed is a harmless (annoying) green plant that thrives in still water like our cove. It floats on top of the water and is a nuisance. Please see photos for reference during this season.

Mr. Brown's Father built this spacious home in 1999 with cypress trees felled and split on his Farm. Furnished in 20th Century Classic Country style, it includes antiques used in everyday living plus modern amenities. Adding to its Charm are a Den fireplace, 2 porches with rocking chairs, 2 ponds, and a powered Gazebo. Located on 10 acres next to a 50 acre farm field. Access-Private Drive.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located renovated building built in 1900 in the heart of the beautiful downtown historic district. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping, wine bar, salons, cosmetic boutique,ceramics, frozen yogurt & Nutrition Shop. Street parking in front of unit and keyless entry. Centrally located less than 2 miles from the interstate. You may hear some street noise and the nostalgic sound of the trains that were instrumental in the founding of our city.

The Project House

Built in the 1930’s as one of the Irwinville Farms project houses, it served originally as home to project farmer Randolph Martin, his wife Estelle, and their children, Frances, Betty, and Jimmy. The house and farm are still owned and operated today by descendants of the Martin family. The house is situated in the middle of a actively working farm consisting of row crops, such as peanuts, corn, cotton and cattle, so guest may experience sights, sounds, and smells that reflect such.
