The rustic exterior provides the High Country charm of yesteryear nestled on 30 acres of rural tranquility. 100m from the main residence you have your own privacy. We call this our Cabin but it is a small home with 110m2 living area & 47m2 of outdoor undercover living. 13 minutes from Mansfield & ideally located to explore the High Country.

Burrowes Rest

A unique hut nestled in the heart of the King Valley. Beautiful mountain views, and your own private King River frontage. Only a short drive or ride to the local wineries, cafes and pubs. Our guest house has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living and dining plus a laundry. The kitchen comes with essentials for a short stay. It can accommodate 1 to 4 people. Rusti Garden B&B is situated in the King Valley set amongst beautiful secluded gardens. The cottage is self contained and set up for an overnight stay or that well deserved relaxing getaway for a few nights. Sit back and relax by the fire, enjoy a spa or take a stroll around 5 acres of beautiful gardens and enjoy all the wildlife. Rusti Garden B&B is only a 2 minute drive to spectacular Lake William Hovell or half hour drive will get you to see Paradise Falls or Powers Lookout.

Located in the township of Longwood, a 5 minute walk to the White Hart Hotel. Constructed in 2021 using some materials recovered from the original 1885 house it has a large open plan living area, balcony and alfresco, backyard and front yard space (sorry no pets). Close to towns of Nagambie, Avenel and Euroa. Opposite rail line and close to local businesses the Rockery and Longwood Community Centre, local wineries Mitchellton, Tabilk, RPL, Fowle’s, Hide and Seek and Maygars.

Beautiful Bungalow with a view

Comfortable and cosy. Stay at this beautiful bungalow with terrific views of Mt Buller. It's a short walk to the main street of Mansfield with lots of cafes, pubs, restaurants and shopping. My husband and I live on the property in the main house and can be of assistance if needed but otherwise you'll be left to yourselves to soak up the views and enjoy the fire pit with a hot or cold beverage of your choice. We provide some breakfast supplies, milk and tea and coffee.

With accommodation for 8 it is ideally suited for two families, multigeneration groups or just girls weekend away.

What was once our tiny family home now sits on a little farm for you to enjoy, looking over the orchard and forest. Your own driveway will lead you out to the little house, past our private residence and orchard. You can rest on the deck, lay on the grass or soak in the tub. With no WiFi or TV you can disconnect for a while and let the surrounds recharge you. Wander with the chickens in the orchard, take yourself out into the forest or explore the Yarra Valley.
