Our house sits at the bottom of a secret track in a private, historical cove on the beautiful Hebridean island of Lismore. Secluded, quiet and peaceful, Port Moluag is within easy reach of the Scottish mainland whilst feeling totally removed from the pace and noise of city life. The house is newly-built using eco technologies to limit its environmental impact and is surrounded by wonderful wildlife such as seals, otters, and a multitude of birds as well as many sites of historical interest.

This newly built idyllic hillside seclusion for two nestles on the side of Ben Cruachan, one of Scotland’s most prestigious munros. Featuring a traditional log burning stove, Odhrán Lodge, at St Conan's Escape, offers an en-suite king size bedroom, along with a kitchen & dining area – all elements required for a perfect romantic getaway. There are so many activities to enjoy during your stay. These include walking, climbing, munro bagging, biking and taking in some of the stunning wildlife.

Fabulous round house on the west coast of Scotland

The DRUM at Dunmore is a stunning elliptical house with a sloping roof and high ceilings, clad in charred larch with orange window frames and painted wooden floors. Designed by architect Roderick James and built by a crack team of smashing local chaps, the Drum is a perfect bolt hole for two. It has a wood burning stove and a big squashy velvet sofa, floor to ceiling triple glazed windows and is nestled in woodland on a small estate (complete with castle) and just moments from the sea.

An Idyllic Cottage on the Crinan Canal

Stable Cottage is situated in a beautiful location in what is known as, “The Pearl of Scotland”. The cottage is over 200 years old and has been converted from an original stable used by the horses working on the Crinan Canal. It is in pristine condition having recently undergone extensive renovation. It is a perfect location for all outdoor activities and a perfect base for exploring this beautiful region of Scotland. One can’t help to be gripped by the beauty right on one’s doorstep.

The Wee House

The Wee House is a one bedroom seafront cottage looking onto Port Ellen. Sleeping up to 4 guests with a sofa bed (full size double) in the living room. Listing price is for 2 guests sharing the bedroom. If the sofa bed is required for bookings of 2 guests please let us know as there is an extra charge (£10 per night). The cottage is within walking distance of local shops, pubs and restaurants and near to the distillery path taking you to Laphroaig, Lagavulin and Ardbeg.

A Victorian Cabin perched on the banks of Loch Goil. Enjoy a picturesque stay over looking the breath taking Scottish Highlands. The Cabin consists of a walk in wet room with toilet and a very well equipped kitchen. Within the kitchen you will find a fridge, stove, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and crockery. The living Room has a TV and Log Burner - with French Doors out to the decking area. The double bedroom is up on the mezzanine level which you access via a ladder.

Ploughmans Cottage is located in the Village of Furnace, 7 miles from Inveraray, in Argyll. The cottage was built around 1890 to house the Ploughman for Goatfield Farm, and has been extensively remodelled to create a unique getaway. Offering a large double bedroom, lounge and open plan kitchen diner, and stunning bathroom with Victorian roll top bath. The views across Loch Fyne from the private terrace are stunning. Ardlussa House on the Isle of Jura is a deer stalking lodge, uniquely positioned at the north of the island looking across the Sound of Jura to the mainland. It's home to the fifth generation of the Fletcher family who live in a self contained wing of the house and it sleeps 10 people in 3 double and 2 twin rooms. Getting to Jura is the fun bit - you have to either book a car ferry with Calmac or fly to Islay and hire a car. Short Term Let License No: AR03358F
