The house itself is exceptionally finished in neutral tones throughout with high end furniture and is designed around 2 levels. The ground floor area comprises a large open plan lounge, fully fitted Italian kitchen with breakfast bar & dining area, and a WC. A feature spiral staircase leads to the first floor, where there is located a small office/desk area to the landing. There are 2 double bedrooms on this 1st floor, serviced by a family bathroom and benefiting from large wardrobe fittings.

On the second floor there are 2 bathrooms and 5 bedrooms that have access to the balcony with a great view of the mountains. The house can host up to 8 people. Close by you can find plenty of cafés, restaurants, bars and night clubs and an internet café. The beach is within a 10 minute walk radius
