Walk to the West Mountain trail head or to Bathhouse Row from here! There are often deer in the back yard, and at night you can see horses and carriages go by from the Arlington Hotel.> The renovation of the house to make it fun, cozy, and safe for our guests has been a labor of love. We welcome any visitors who will respect and enjoy the property!! We have a portable Pack and Play for toddlers! We love children! The dining area faces the Park, and the TV room is between that and the kitchen!

North Mountain Cottage

The best of both worlds. Only a short walk to downtown & Bath House Row, with a trailhead to the gorgeous North Mountain trail system right across from your front porch! Private suite in a cozy 1926 duplex cottage in the historic Park Avenue neighborhood. Front and back porches. Great for arts & culturally-inclined seeking peace and quiet. Queen size bed and wardrobe. Kitchenette with sink, fridge microwave & toaster oven. Full bathroom. WiFi and 23" TV screen for streaming. Off-street parking.

Woodsy cabin just a short bike ride to Cedar Glades and North Woods mountain bike trails. Also only 3 miles from downtown Hot Springs and bathhouse row. This cabin sits in a serene patch of woods at the base of West and Music mountains, where deer come right up close! Amenities provided include satellite TV, kitchen area for meal preparation, a fenced in area for pets and comfortable sleeping for couples in the one bedroom, a single bed at the other corner end, and an additional fold-out cot.

Private guest cottage for 2 right on Lake Hamilton

Light and open small studio cottage right on the water perfect for a relaxing getaway for 2 people, or a getaway for 1 person, not suitable for more because it’s too small. There is a small kitchenette with everything you need except a stove/oven. Please note, there is a steep hill to walk down and back up to the parking spot under the carport. Also, this year ( Nov-Feb) the Corps of Engineers will lower Lake Hamilton 5 feet, and water in our cove will be minimal. Sorry for inconvenience.

Come play on the lake or just relax and enjoy the view with a beautiful sunset in this spacious Lake Hamilton home. The house is conveniently located to everything Hot Springs has to offer. Shopping, dining, Oaklawn Racing, and historic downtown are all less than 10 minutes away. This three-bedroom home is fully furnished and has all the amenities. We don’t charge extra if you bring your pet, but we ask that you only bring up to two pets. Please note that parties/events are not allowed.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place right off of historic Park Avenue! Just minutes from Bath House Row, this Safari Suite (Ste A of duplex) is the perfect stay for all tourists wanting to explore our city. Sleeps 2 in the king size bed. There is an air mattress available if there are additional guests (4 guests max). Perfect for a couple or a family with small children. Extra sheets, pillows and blanket can be found in the closet.

The Cabin -Unit C @ Ravine Retreat-Walk to trails!

500 square foot Cabin, that feels secluded but is in an old neighborhood right off the main road that takes you downtown & shares the property with a separate rentable house and apartment (100 feet from the Cabin). Parking is limited and shared with other guests. Very narrow spiral staircase (2 feet). 200lb weight limit on hammock chairs. We highly recommend purchasing Travel Insurance, especially in the winter months. No Locals.
