Bright and airy studio. Newly refurbished in April 2020. Private outdoor patio. Conveniently located to the train and bus routes getting you in to Dublin City in around 20 minutes. Very close to the coast. Lovely walks towards Howth and Portmarnock and Malahide. Please note that the studio apartment is an extension to the rear of our house, it is not accessible to the house. Access via a side lane. Studio has private patio but we do have 3 young children who sometimes use the garden.

Our beautiful home is now available when we are abroad. We renovated it in 2024 both inside and out. It has a generous sitting room / dining room, kitchen, laundry room and downstairs toilet. Relax at this quiet escape in the Irish countryside, staying a cozy apartment in our recently renovated schoolhouse, dating from 1939. Connected to our house yet entirely private, it has its own entrance, driveway parking, a double bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom, though no separate living room. Perfectly situated for exploring local attractions, and just 20 minutes from Dublin Airport. We recommend a car as public transportation is limited & slow, and taxis can be costly.

My place in Donnycarney is centrally located and is situated in a quiet residential street in a quiet neighbourhood. It is about a fifteen/20 min taxi ride from airport. The city centre is only about a 12 minute bus drive and the bus stop is a mere four/five minutes walk from the house. The home is a small self-contained building in my back garden with its own private entrance giving guests complete privacy to come and go as they wish.
