とくとは香川県豊島（てしま）の築約80年の古民家を改修し、2021年の夏から営業を始めました。 趣ある石垣の上の広い敷地にゆったりと構えられた古民家で、落ち着いた邸宅の風情を堪能いただけます。屋根には七福神の鬼瓦が装飾され、古い製法による波打ったガラス窓、とても大きな灯篭など、当時の贅を凝らした建築をお楽しみください。 豊島家浦港から歩いて15分ほどの便利な立地で、のどかな集落全体が見渡せる高台に位置しており、その先には穏やかな瀬戸内海の眺望が拡がります。また、晴れた日の夜には星空や奥の山から昇る月をのんびりと眺めることができます。 建物は「本館」と「別館」からなり、感染症対策として、それぞれの建物に１組ずつ受け入れ、皆様に安心してお泊まりいただけるよう配慮しております。「本館」は、縁側のガラスなども薄く、お子様には危険になりうる箇所がございますので小学生以下のお子様は「別館」をご予約ください。 建物の背後には畑と豊かな里山が広がり、ヤギも飼育しています。また、すぐ近くの静かなため池や、集落の入り組んだ路地も散策におすすめです。 瀬戸内の島時間を「とくと」お楽しみください。

Casa Caisua is a Susegad Village house located at Anjuna and Nestled right in the middle of the village, it is set in a private 20,000-square-feet Orchard and is a few minutes walk to Vagator beach. The structure, standing tall amidst lush greenery and under the bright sun, is entrenched with multiple tales that have been revived to resonate in today’s time. Casa Caisua, about a century old house was carefully restored in a sensitive manner, keeping the charm of the original structure intact.

Quiet Rural Retreat in a traditional Japanese house. We renovated a 80 years small wooden house by ourselves taking a long time. The building used to be used for raising silkworms by farms. It was our culture and industry to get silks in this area. You can have a calm time for having Coffee and beer, reading books, listening music... The village is surrounded by nature for hiking to mountains and rivers. Some local families live in around the house, so please stay like the village people.
