The Yates Cottage is directly on the water and is designed for spectacular views of Core Sound and Cape Lookout Lighthouse with large windows on 3 sides. Other amenities are a large screen porch, fire pit, and a large yard for lawn games. The Yates cottage is great for couples, families, dogs, joggers, walkers, bikers, fishers and boaters. You will be welcomed with freshly-made beds, towels and a full kitchen with Keurig and Rachel Ray cookware.

Park your vehicle in the covered parking and walk the entire vacation. All rooms have water views. Metal detector and surfboard provided. Free Parking onsite, 2 minute walk to beach access.

Clean, quiet, cozy duplex. Close to restaurants, shopping, military bases, memorials, and beaches. Onslow Beach is 15 miles (need base access), Topsail Beach is 25 miles, and Emerald Isle is 23 miles. All of the beaches are beautiful!
