This is a perfect apartment for single or couple, in 20mins you will arrive Marienplatz by all the s lines or buses line 19, subway u4/u5 just at the corner at Heimeranplatz. In 2stations you will arrive Theresienwiesen (October festival). I can offer you my bike as well. Coffee mashine, washmaschine, dish washer, all inclusive. There are many restaurants around, let you be amazed by it!
