Unsere Unterkunft befindet sich mitten im Grünen auf ca. 750 Höhenmeter. Nur 4,5 km vom Attersee und ca. 7 km vom Mondsee entfernt kann man tolle Wanderungen und Ausflüge unternehmen. Das nächste Gasthaus ist nur 1 km entfernt. Bei gemütlicher Atmosphäre kann man entspannen und die Natur genießen. Gut für Familien, Paare und Gruppen bis zu 9 Personen. Jedoch müssen Sie bei Gruppen jedes Zimmer einzeln buchen. Wir freuen uns, Sie begrüßen zu dürfen! Keine öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel beim Haus !

Vienna-Heights is a studio directly under the roof of a 19th century villa in one of the most elegant districts of Vienna. Our house was built in 1897 and therefore there is NO ELEVATOR. The outhouse is cozy and rustic, and the herb garden is wild. Our kittens occasionally stop by to say a playful hello. A place to slow down and connect with nature.

Unser Gästezimmer hat einen Balkon und ein eigenes Bad mit WC und Dusche. Besonders Familien mit Kindern sind uns herzlich willkommen. Kleinkinder bis 3 Jahre schlafen umsonst im Elternzimmer, ältere Kinder gegen Anfrage und Aufpreis mit im Elternzimmer oder im 2.Gästezimmer. Im großen eingezäunten Garten gibt es neben Sandkiste, Spielhaus oder Trampolin viel zu entdecken. Unsere Ponies freuen sich auf kleine Reiter. Bei Bedarf ist Kinderbetreuung möglich.

We offer in this house two double rooms and two single rooms. The breakfast is extendend and flexible. There are also vegetarian and vegan options. We are experienced hosts, because our family welcomes since 1976 guests in our house. And we stil love it. :)
