Little Bear Studio/Den is part of a house located at Little Bear Farm, an 8 acre private property with a large yard and field for romping with a dog, sledding, or walking around our pond and fields. Conveniently located near Banner Elk and Valle Crucis, we are close to shopping or the slopes. We are adjacent to 450 acres of forest that is part of the Blue Ridge Conservancy, offering hiking trails to the public. Welcome to Rustic Ridge. Located in the Appalachian Mountains up a holler in Roan Mountain Tennessee. You will enjoy all the porch rocking AND marshmallow roasting that you can stand. Just sit and enjoy the sounds of the babbling brook while you relax by the fire pit or take a hike on our private trail. With deep woods views and changing leaf color this is truly a treasure. Pet friendly with a $35 fee. AT hikers are welcome with free local pick up and drop off with booking. Come enjoy!

We love the window-covered walls! It's like being in a tree house... on the ground:) Outside is an acre of flat wooded and grassy yard for exploring plus a fire pit and plenty of seating. We leave you all of the things you need for a great fire!! There is a chance that guests will be staying next door at the antique cabin while you occupy the tiny house. On the other side of the cabin, there is a family favorite guaranteed-catch trout farm - but, occasionally, you may smell the fish!

Adventure Basecamp in Linville Gorge

Come stay minutes away from the beautiful Linville Gorge. This area has everything from amazing hiking, mountain biking, climbing, skiing, snowtubing, to just enjoying the breathtaking scenery. This is a one bedroom guest house separate from the main house located in the neighborhood of Gingercake Acres with an amazing view throughout the space. There is also a bonus room with a futon. Enjoy sitting on the deck and enjoying a view of the mountains and a spectacular sunrise.

Cozy Condo at Sugar Mountain Ski Resort

200 yards from the slopes, 400 yards from the golf course and the tennis courts, Cozy Condo with its nice deck is the perfect place to relax with friends, family and Fido. This apartment does not have AC because it is located 5200 feet above the sea level. Due to the high elevation, of Sugar Mountain, the highest temperatures are high 70s during the afternoon which does not happen a lot, and 60s during the night.

Little Elk Cabin

Our Cabin is brand new as of the end of August 2017. My place is close to Ski Sugar (2 miles), Ski Beech (6 miles), Grandfather Mtn, Boone, Blowing Rock, Tweetsie Railroad, Blue Ridge Parkway. You’ll love my place because it's Nested in the Lush surroundings of the Blue Ridge Mtns. Our cabin offers all the comforts of your own home combined with the beauty and serenity of the Blue Ridge Mountains.
