Steph's Cozy Apartment -newly renovated

Our newly renovated apartment has all you need to enjoy a nice trip to south Louisiana. Kitchen and bath is equipped with pots, pans, spices, cutlery, utensils, dishes, and even light breakfast items. Bath has all towels and toiletries available for use. Our apartment is located upstairs above our carport but has its own private entrance along with own air conditioner/heating system. Our place will sleep 5 comfortably. We offer an Ice Machine to help with those fishing trips and local travels.

The Canal Guesthouse

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place on the Walnut Canal in Morgan City, La. There is fishing, boating, swimming and jet ski riding, all at your fingertips. This amazing place is connected to Lake Palourde. You can order Pizza delivery or dine at Atchafalaya cafe 7310 hwy 182 east Morgan City. Walmart Delivery, and grocery stores are minutes away. Children must be supervised by adults at all times, no pets allowed. Large front yard, circle drive, covered area for cars & boats.

Waterfront Home w/ Lake Access

Our waterfront home is located off Bayou Long where you can fish right in the back yard on it's own 40ft canal or take your boat out for the day. Accessible short drive or boat ride to Lake Verret, Grassy Lake & Lake Palourde and spend the day fishing, grabbing Daquiris at Spunky Monkey, eat at Gros Marine or just enjoying the day out on the boat w/ your family and friends. Then relax on the back porch watching the sunset over the waterfront. ***3 minute drive to Doiron's Landing***

Water Front Cottage in Houma

Completely renovated in 2016, this 100 year old Cajun Cypress house is located on the Intracoastal Waterway in historic downtown Houma. Walking distance to the park/marina and restaurants. Enjoy sitting on the back porch or deck overlooking the water while watching the many different types of boat traffic go by. The views are awesome! If you want an idea of how Louisiana must have been in years gone by, this is it! Pets have to be approved by me $150 pet fee is added if approved.
