The ground floor is open plan with double doors opening onto a walled and gated south facing patio and lawn with table, chairs and parasol.

There is a well fitted kitchen, utility and large Conservatory. Our dog friendly cottage sits 100 metres from the lane, where parking is available. We have an airy new double bed ensuite studio which can be rented for xtra £75 per night - still 8 guests max. 1 pet only. High season, generally 7 days minimum booking, change over day Friday.
