Two former stock carriages have been joined together by a master craftsman turning them into this stylish cabin with a generous luxury bathroom connecting the kitchenette/bedroom and lounge/bedroom. Life here is about inside/outside living with a beautiful outlook over fields and plenty of grass for the children to play.

There are pubs, cafes, restaurants and shops within walking distance. Walkers & cyclists have easy access to the Weavers' Way, Rebellion Way and Marriott Way, while the beautiful Norfolk coast and Broads are within 30 minutes' drive and the National Trust properties of Blickling Hall and Felbrigg Hall are very close by.

We would love to welcome you to come and rest in this calm, clean and well-presented home. The Annexe at Ringsfield is a detached single storey dwelling set in the one-acre grounds of our home in the popular market town of Aylsham. We are ideally located for trips to the North Norfolk Coast, the Broads or the medieval city of Norwich. Closer to home is the National Trust property Blickling Hall, the Bure Valley steam Railway and miles of footpaths through the beautiful Norfolk countryside.

Located in a residential area of the Georgian town of North Walsham, the cottage is ideally situated for accessing the vibrant city of Norwich, the beauty of the Norfolk Broads and the breathtaking North Norfolk coast line. Only a 3 minute walk to the train station, and good amenities close by.

One bed cottage in Aylsham, Norfolk

A perfect setting for couples in the heart of the Norfolk countryside on the outskirts of the historic Aylsham market town. 1 dog welcome, but not to be left alone in the property The Dairy forms part of Spratt's Green Farm and was completely renovated over 1.5 years, finished in July 2022. The property dates from the 1800s and whilst it now has all the nice bits you would expect, we have retained original features like exposed beams, old bread maker and copper boiler.

The Annexe at Diggens Farmhouse is a newly renovated space with fully fitted kitchen, modern bathroom and comfortable double bedroom. There is private parking and we offer a welcome pack of bread, butter and milk plus tea and coffee making facilities and WIFI. Aylsham is midway between Norwich and Cromer and 10 miles from the Broads and close to Blickling Hall. We are 10 minutes walk from Aylsham Town Centre and 5 minutes from M&S Simply Food. 2 night minimum stay.

Entering through a utility/boot room into the kitchen/diner, a glazed door and step leads into the sitting room with a large feature fireplace, wood burner and a further glazed door on to a paved terrace, overlooking your secluded lawned garden.
